Annual and 100-hour inspections
We inspect your aircraft to the manufacturer's specifications. The price is a fixed number of labor hours for your model, at $125 an hour.
The annual and the 100-hour inspection cost the same. Before we repair anything, we send you a written estimate of the required (AD) and recommended items.

In the flat rate 14 items
- One hour of AD research (unless the aircraft has no AD records)
- Clean, gap, test and rotate the spark plugs
- Run-up before and after, to check the systems
- Compression check
- Service the battery
- Oil and filter change (labor)
- Air filter change (labor)
- Lubricate and service pulleys, hinges and bellcranks
- Clean, inspect and repack the wheel bearings
- Landing gear swing, when required
- Magneto-to-engine timing
- Remove and install panels and interior for access
- ELT test and inspection per FAR 91.207 (labor)

Pre-purchase inspection
A pre-purchase inspection shows the condition of an aircraft before you buy it. It costs 75% of the annual price for that model. If you buy the aircraft within 5 days, we finish it as an annual for the other 25%, plus parts and airworthy items.
Repairs and engine work
We repair what the inspection finds and the squawks you bring in. Our shop rate is $140 an hour. No job is too small: an oil change gets the same care as an engine change.

We inspect
We do the inspection at the flat rate for your model.
You get an estimate
We send a written estimate of required (AD) and recommended items before we repair.
Logbook entry
The work is complete when you have a dated and signed logbook entry.
Pay and fly home
Pay the invoice in full before release. You have 5 business days after we email it.
After 5 business days, a 5% late fee and a $15 a day storage fee apply. We do not promise inside storage when payment is late.
Questions owners ask
What does the flat rate include?
It includes inspection labor for the hours on our rate sheet. That covers AD research, plugs, run-ups, a compression check, oil and filter change labor, lubrication, wheel bearings, mag timing and the ELT test.
What costs extra?
Parts, oil, filters and O-rings cost extra. Labor to comply with Airworthiness Directives and to repair what the inspection finds costs extra at $140 an hour.
Is a 100-hour inspection the same price as an annual?
Yes. The annual and the 100-hour inspection have the same flat rate for each model.
How does the pre-purchase price work?
A pre-purchase inspection costs 75% of the annual price. If you buy the aircraft within 5 days, we finish it as an annual for the other 25%, plus parts and airworthy items.
Do you repair anything before I agree?

Which aircraft do you work on?
We work on piston single-engine and light twin aircraft from Beechcraft, Cessna, Mooney, Piper and the other makes in our price table.
When do I pay?
Pay the invoice in full before we release the aircraft. You have 5 business days after we email the invoice. After that, a 5% late fee and a $15 a day storage fee apply.
What about items I leave in the aircraft?
Take removable items with you. We are not responsible for items left in the aircraft. For a fee, we can make an inventory of what is inside.
